• Metal Effect: Achieve an opaque metallic finish by applying directly to your surface. For a stronger metallic look, apply on darker surfaces. Add a few drops to standard colours to create your own metallic shades. For airbrush applications, mix with Pebeo Lightening Thinner (1:1 ratio).
• Duochrome Effect: Designed for a mesmerizing two-tone effect, the colour changes depending on the angle of the light. To intensify the effect, apply on a black undercoat. For airbrushing use with Pebeo Lightening Thinner at a 1:1 ratio.
• Fluorescent Effect: These vibrant transparent paints add an electric glow to your designs. Apply directly or mix with Pebeo Lightening Thinner for airbrush applications (1:1 ratio). Note as this paint is transparent, multiple coats are recommended for increased intensity.

How to Use Pebeo Leather Paint

1. Preparation: It is highly recommended to clean the surface with Pebeo Setacolor Leather Preparer & Deglazer to remove any oils, dirt, and fingerprints. This ensures optimal adhesion of the paint and avoids cracking or peeling.
2. Application: Shake and stir the bottle before use. Apply the paint in even coats using your preferred tool—brush, roller, sponge, or airbrush (for airbrush use, mix the paint with Pebeo Setacolor Leather Lightening Thinner in a 1:1 ratio).
3. Finishing Touch: Once dry, the paint becomes water-resistant. For a waterproof finish and long-lasting effects, apply at least two thin even coats of Pebeo Setacolor Leather Varnish.
